Add Support for Additional Languages

This PR adds support for the following languages to the Google Sheets Tabs on Top extension:

• German (de)
• Greek (el)
• Spanish (es)
• French (fr)
• Italian (it)
• Dutch (nl)
• Russian (ru)

Each language includes:

• Localized messages.json with translated app name, short name, and description
• Detailed description with emoji-decorated headers following the project's format

Testing

• Built successfully with yarn build
• Passed linting checks with npm run lint
