- Explain the non-normative reports that we intend to write, still staying flexible
- Mention that there can be demo software? We already have a tutorial with some super small code
- TODO: How do we differentiate things we do ourselves and things we collaborate with WG?
- Home Assistant Focus Group Organization
- The work is happening at https://github.com/joshco/wot-cg/tree/main/FocusGroups/HomeAssistant . This readme will be reorganized to showcase different implementations and we will ask from interested parties a small md document on why they are interested.

- We can go for Netlify but it would be simpler to keep everything within GitHub. We can have an empty branch where the deployment happens. An example can be seen at https://github.com/vaimee/desmo/tree/docusaurus, which is what is mentioned in the Docusaurus guide at https://docusaurus.io/docs/deployment#deploying-to-github-pages. Netlify can be still used for build previews.
- Home Assistant Breakout Followup and Organization
- Overall organization: Maybe task forces or dedicated calls are now needed. Meetup organization, tutorial, home assistant, spec incubation, generic outreach, chair work.
- CG and WG Collaboration: What is our process and which job is whose: https://github.com/w3c/wot-cg/pull/93
