Adds payqr-swiss: A package for generating Swiss QR bills compliant with SIX standards. Creates properly formatted payment slips with QR codes containing all payment data. Supports both QR-IBAN and regular IBAN with appropriate reference types. Could not find any packages that implement this functionality.

• tested my package locally on my system and it worked
