git has done all kinds of nasty things here, I think because I tried to cherry-pick commits out of a different PR. I'm going to start over fresh. |

This removes the
wails-developmentcustom export condition, and returnspackage.jsonfiles to use the"latest"from"@wailsio/runtime"I also snuck in one other change, to align
sveltekit-tsto use"latest"as well.
