This PR adds the code to process the IDL files generated from the TypeObject, eliminating the ROS 2 mangling in case it is necessary, before registering the IDL. If it was demangled, the original one is saved in a second map, so it can still be retrieved. A third map registers the relation between the original name and the demangled one, for the monitor to use. This PR also includes the functions needed for the monitor to be able to access this information.
