Some tests use address 106 for testing. However, because it is a precompiled contract in Ronin, the tests will fail. Temporarily disable this precompiled contract in the test branch.
Ronin increases the code size and init code size, so they are different from go-ethereum. Temporarily revert these changes in the test branch.
