Solution-Selection optimized

Hi,

I changed the way the solution selection works... In the original version it showed only the friendly name. In situation with one or more patch solution it was hard to figure out, witch solution is the correct one.
That's why I changed the display name to uniquename + version number. Now it should be clear witch solution has to be used :)

I never use patch so never occurred to me. Thanks for this update. Will bundle the release with the flow changes if you still plan on doing that change else I can push this itself.

Both are independent from each other, but you can bundle them :)
