Various UI and user experience improvements!

• Various UI improvements via vuetify, a material UI framework for Vue.
• Blob transfer feature fix:
  • Fix incorrect implementation of expiry check
  • Fix incorrect implementation of data transport
  • Simplify transport related code

From this point on, the UI is rather usable.

This is the very first binary release, as most features have been implemented(but not without bugs I must warn you).
Since I do not have a signature from Microsoft, the binary can be flagged as malware. But you can also build from source! Just a bit more complicated and I have to admit that the guide is not perfect or fool-proof...
This release only targets Windows users. Linux and MacOS targets should also be supported but you will have to build it from source.

How to use

Download the binary and place it in a dedicated folder, then simply double-click the binary to run it. It will release an example config file and after removing the .example extension, run it again and it should start normally.
