Purpose

  • fixes plotting of the raw and moving mean AIDA ICNC data
  • adds plots that show the difference in the loss function

Note for Amy: Maybe it's because I am using ensemble mean for each iteration. Ensembles might compensate each other so the mean result doesn't seems to change all that much.
