Fix broken Discord invite links

Replaced all instances of the invalid Discord invite (https://discord.com/invite/omi) with the correct invite link: https://discord.gg/ACa4FDwJCA.

I checked the link https://discord.omi.me/, but it doesn't seem to be working or resolving to a valid Discord invite page at the moment. It returns a blank or error page on my end.
The invite link I used (https://discord.gg/ACa4FDwJCA) is currently active and takes users directly to the server, so I went ahead with that to ensure usability.

Let me know if there's an updated or preferred custom invite you'd like me to use instead
