Add a firehose-style API for character corp changes

As I asked during your Twitch stream, could you please add a redisq fire hose-style API for character corp changes?

Right now, I'm periodically iterating over every alliance and corp to get changes. It'd cut down on a lot of my API calls to evewho if there was a simple fire hose I could monitor instead.
