[BUG]: Cannot able to set default user && Cannot able to use Arch.exe commands

So, I cannot able to use Arch.exe command.
Which causing not able to set default user

• WSL version 1/2: 2.4.13.0
• ArchWSL version [e.g. 19.3.7.0]
• ArchWSL Installer type zip/appx/other clean/update : tried all
• Launcher version [e.g. 19030700] (Type Arch.exe version at a Command Prompt) {Cannot able to use commands}
