Avoid local packages in monorepo being put into .yarn/__virtual__ ?

Running into an issue with chromatic where we can't get it to detect changed files property because when it traces dependencies all the packages "look like" they are in .yarn/__virtual__ which is not in git. There's only one instance of these packages (and MUST only be one) so it would be nice if there was a way to tell yarn not to make these virtual.
