选择图片时gif筛选不了所有gif图 #125

选择图片时，加入了.filterMimeTypes(MimeType.GIF)，但是文件后缀为.jpg的gif图加载了出来

目前选择器只能过滤掉后缀为gif的类型图片，因为程序目前无法判定jpg图是否为动态图片，建议使用Glide加载时过滤掉gif动态效果
