是否能考虑在 doc 类型的文档中，当 toc 设置为 false 时，文字能够响应式的将原来‘本页目录’的空白区所利用？

当前如果不显示目录时，文章内容会自动居中。未来可能会考虑加入自定义文章宽度的配置选项。
