Describe the bug

If I leave a comment on a post with a new hashtag, when I click it or search for that hashtag, the comment or original post does not come up

Steps to reproduce

Make a memo
Comment on it with a new hashtag
Search for it in the UI or click on the hashtag link that is on the comment
The comment and/or original memo will not show up in the search

The version of Memos you're using

v0.24.0

I am deployed via Unraid with a docker container
