Make the e-mail & print templates available

It would be nice if the e-mail and print templates, that are hard-coded in commerce, would be made public.
Maybe somewhere in the documentation or as a file on GitHub.
I think that would save a lot of developers a lot of time (and frustration) if they had something to start with if you need to customize.

We already have an issue for this on the docs issue tracker with a temporary link to the templates while we get to them.

Once we’ve got v15 out, docs improvements is high on our list
