Permission for archiving the pwa with Kiwix?

Kiwix is an incredible non-profit that works on a cross-platform tool for archiving the web in a highly-compressed format, as well as complex web apps, for offline use!
I'd like to make this app (at least the fundamental editor, I suppose the AI is 'unscrapeable') available offline. I know I can self-host on Linux (and possibly on Android), but to make this as easy to 'install' and portable as possible (including iOS etc.), Kiwix would be a solid option.
