[Feature Request]: Transparent Attribute for Pen or Highlight Tool

Description

I would like a transparency attribute for the Pen tool, allowing users to adjust opacity. This would enable a proper highlight effect or semi-transparent drawing, similar to how highlighters work in note-taking apps.

Use case

• Students & Educators: To highlight key points in notes and documents.
• Designers & Artists: To create sketches with layered transparency effects.
• General Users: To annotate or emphasize content without obscuring underlying text.
