DocxStamperConfiguration support default resolver

Hi, im trying to change default resolver for DocxStamper, but it doesnt work.
I think problem with initFields method, he init every time FallBackResolver

There is no more a default resolver in the office-stamper fork, all the resolvers are just ordered from first to last, with the fallback resolver last, and optional. See call implementation here ObjectResolverRegistry and settings in ObjectResolverRegistry#setResolvers
