Upload version 1.5.0 to maven central

Unable to pull version 1.5.0 from jcenter repository. Jcenter is added to the list of repositories as indicated in the readme:

    <repository>
      <id>jcenter</id>
      <url>https://jcenter.bintray.com/</url>
    </repository>
</repositories>

Why

The jcenter seems to be unable to handle the 1.5.0. I am not able to pull the library from the repository. Could you please add it to the maven-central repository so it would be easier to obtain the new version.

I hope any future releases can go into maven-central as it used to with v1.2.2 (2017) and older. I develop on offline LAN but my company synchronize large parts of maven-central (whitelist). Jcenter and other Java Artifact repositories are not available for us only maven central. It would be nice to be able to use newest version of docx-stamper.
