bat mutation doesn't affect house of mirrors (and so not all powers)

Hi, i've just unlock bat mutation, and it's awesome for swarmwarp (even before having a bat, perhaps a bug in the way bat mutation is apply), but for house of mirrors, it don't cost less, it don't clone more, it do just the same.

Is it a balance choice or a miss/bug ?
