What is the current behavior?

If a question doesn't have a title, the question name is shown. If a page doesn't have a title, blank value is shown for the page. Seems to be inconsistent behavior - question vs page.

What is the expected behavior?

Page name should come as page title on editor, if page title is not provided explicitly.

How would you reproduce the current behavior (if this is a bug)?

We consider that question and page titles should have different beheviour. Page title can be empty and will not produce any significant usability issues. Question title has always to be (to undestand what is that question about) so we fill title automatically from the name.

I understand your point is there any way configuration-based (maybe) that we can have both questions and page titles work the same way and be in sync.

@tsachinn07 Unfortunately, it will require a lot of coding and then testing. There are a lot of code for question that provide this functionality seamlessly. We are going to add this issue to postponed, because it requires a lot of efforts and we see it as minor enhancement, that could break existing functionality.
