Describe the bug
If you create a new Copilot Chat in VSCode the old history file gets cleared and filled with the new content of the new chat. The old chat is lost. Even if I use the history feature of Copilot to reopen this chat, the history files stays on the status up the new chat. I think it's very important to create one chat-file per chat.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Start a Copilot Chat in VSCode
Start a new Copilot Chat in VSCode
Expected behavior
I expected a new Chat would create a new History file instead of overwriting the history of the other chat.
