Current behavior

A button appears under the "Cable/Satellite" Strategy. This General strategy appears whenever a "Cable/Satelite" strategy is entered.

Expected behavior

As requested by Yulia, the "Cable/Satellite" Expense shouldn't have a link in it at all. The strategy is fine, she just doesn't want it to link to anything
