Flatpaks distribution documentation correction

The installing process on a stand alone (without global net) PC is analogue to portable distribution creation, i.e. it must be added the next command lines:
$ flatpak remote-modify --url={installing folder full path}/.ostree/repo flathub
$ flatpak remote-modify --homepage={installing folder full path}/.ostree flathub
$ flatpak remote-modify --collection-id=org.flathub.Stable flathub
