Hello, thanks for share this amazing talks...

I have a proposal for create language directories and separate talks for languages.

Also a very simple ranking with ⭐⭐⭐

Thanks @nbpalomino for your feedback. Glad that you found it useful.
I know there are many great talks in other languages, but I can't create a list as I don't understand them :) . If someone can create one, I'm happy to merge. (Please keep it in {Language}/Readme.md file)
I also thought about adding a rating, but almost all of the talks will have 4/5 stars! May be I will mark those talks what we should not miss. Makes sense?

Im totally agree with mark talks. And this week i'll send you a PR with some talks under es directory 👍
