[QA] Add API tests to `unhide` and `disable` sync of OCM shares

Currently, we cannot unhide and disable sync of ocm shares as they are shown (unhide) and sync disabled by default. We have added tests to hide and enable sync in #11024 and #11026, respectively.

After the following issue is fixed or concluded:

• [QA][OCM] Hide & Enable Sync fail with received federated shares #10719

Add the following API tests:

• unhide share
• disable sync
