What happened?

Previous to 6025398, the related text was using British spelling in the "organisations" word, but this was not caught during linting or spellcheck. This made the tests pass and this spelling mistake would've made it into the published version.

What did I expect to happen?

A linting/spellcheck PR check to fail on the "organisation" word.

After giving this some thought, and as I mentioned in Slack, this behavior might be because we have the fr dictionary active (as well as all other languages). If that's the cause, then I'm not sure what solution there might be, if any -- because I don't think it is worth separately checking each language (though maybe cSpell has settings to help with that -- and I thought that it did, but will need to dig deeper).

@open-telemetry/docs-maintainers - thoughts?
