MCP support

I assumed that the self-hosting starter kit would include the MCP nodes, but they are not there. Is that something I can add after the fact or am I SOL?

n8n currently does not have a native MCP node.
You can however install n8n-nodes-mcp via the community-nodes page in the settings.

I don't think we'll be adding any community nodes in this repo, because that opens up a lot of security concerns.

If a user of this repo wants to install the MCP community node, or any other community nodes, they are free to do so at their own risk.
