WhatsApp and Twilio triggers / web hooks not working

Bug Description

I have been trying to configure to web hooks for either WhatsApp and then trend Twilio at the start of my workflow and neither will work.
The workflow is active. The URLs are correctly copied. I have followed all the advice in the communities, but I just accent get the webhook lightening bolt to turn green!
The workflow works when I test manually so I know both integrations are working fine. It's purely the webhook.
I have used the native WhatsApp and Twilio trigger and manually configured them too, but nothing
I have tried moving from Safari to Chrome
I have ried building the workflow from scratch
I have run out of options

To Reproduce

Go to WhatsApp or Twilio trigger
Configure URL POST request (production URL)
Configure credentials
Set workflow to active (Trigger does not go green)
Send message
Nothing happnes

Expected behavior

Trigger lightening bolt should be green
Should pick up message

What happens if you try using a normal webhook node and connecting to that as a test is that working ok?

Same happens. Just cant get it to turn to green,
