[BUG] Telegram Mini App scrolls when the modal is opened and exposes some weird button underneath

Describe the bug

Querying $('._BrowserPage_m63td_228').scrollTop shows 52.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://t.me/onphone_bot?startapp
2. Go through onboarding and log in with any preferred method
3. Click on the coins icon at the top right corner
4. See the error

Expected behavior
Web view shouldn't be scrolled by an overflowed modal window.
