Does MSIX support installation onto AOSP?

As https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/msix-docs/blob/595f22f83ff082b9e269a085f3fda2b4477e7cf0/msix-src/supported-platforms.md?plain=1#L120:~:text=as%20macOS%2C%20iOS%2C-,Android,-%2C%20and%20Linux explains, and #522 (reference) appears to demonstrate, MSIX purports to support AOSP in a nondescript form. I'd like some clarification on what capabilities it provides for non-Windows OSes, because I'm not aware of anything except .APK and .AAB installable on AOSP.
