✨ Add AES CCM support

What feature or enhancement are you suggesting?

The Matter it standard (more info on background see #381) uses AES-128-CCM and so it would be cool to get aes inccm mode supported too.

What Platforms whould this feature/enhancement affect?

iOS, Android

Alternatives/Workarounds

We tried several "js for browser" libraries but all had issues in dependencies or were not working that good.
