Display warnings on GUI

At the moment, warnings are only displayed in the Mantid Message window, not on the MSlice GUI. This means they are not visible in standalone mode and might get overlooked if the message level is set to "errors only" in Mantid.
It would be better to display all warnings in the MSlice GUI as well.
