Cant reproduce. I bet its because bad manga names that you got this error. Fix incoming.

Chapter 144

Considering the name of the manga + the chapter title, i'd make a stupid assumption about the file system path limitation.

"Shinjiteita Nakamatachi ni Dungeon Okuchi de Korosarekaketa ga Gift "Mugen Gacha" de Level 9999 no Nakamatachi o Te ni Irete Moto Party Member to Sekai ni Fukushuu & "Zamaa!" Shimasu!"

We sanitize characters but we are still not truncating them afaik.

EDIT : Bingo. The problem is the size of the manga name. When we add it to the name of chapter 144, it fails.

Since FileApi from browser is sandboxed and cant provide a full path, there is no way for us for validate that the full path and each path element is valid for the current OS (unless we catch the exception which is dirty).

Perhaps a wrapper should be done for those two?
