Feature request: support additional parameters for search engines

Hello!
It would be handy to be able to add custom parameters for search engine proxies, like 4get or searX. It would allow to save prefered settings without saving cookies. An example of such custom parameter would be https://4get.ca/web?s=query&scraper=ddg.
