[Request] Support declarative configuration

Would be very interesting to support one of the different ways to distribute configuration in plain text files.

As Firefox user i will love to have 3rdparty Firefox Policies support, as is explained here: https://extensionworkshop.com/documentation/enterprise/adding-policy-support-to-your-extension/
