Allow redirecting to an instance of choice from an instance not chosen to be used

This is especially useful for multiple tabs on the same (possibly broken) instance after just doing a "Remove + Auto-Pick instance".

Example of annoyance:

1. Open multiple Reddit links, and find the instance you have configured doesn't work (or re-open old tabs with old instances)
2. Remove + Auto-Pick instance (or even remove + switch)
3. You cannot redirect to the new instance for other tabs, and you must manually replace the domain or re-open the links (both of which is annoying)

Basically, when you're on an instance that LibreDirect has, but isn't part of your favorites, LibreDirect basically just doesn't recognize it (and it's annoying). My suggestion is to add a button (and a shortcut, maybe not separate but instead re-used with redirect to a different instance shortcut?) to redirect from an instance not part of your favorites to an instance part of your favorites.

Ok that does work, but I have no idea what that circle button thing even does, and it's not as obvious as something like this button:

The redirect button. It's the most obvious thing, since it's labeled and takes up one row of space.

The switch on the GitHub is obvious because it looks like a toggle switch (to enable auto-redirects), and there's cog icon for settings, but circular pointers? Yeah I can't tell what it's trying to tell me with that.

It would be nice to have possible a "Switch instance" button like the big redirect button on instances also not part of favorites, that's my idea. There is the circular pointers button but I had to take a roundtrip to the docs after being pointed out by someone (like @ManeraKai in this issue), something not linked anywhere directly within the extension (except very indirectly through the about thing which goes to the website), and something that's also not bindable to a shortcut (the switch instance shortcut could be reused in an unfavorite instance).
