Add StickTock as a TikTok frontend

Relies on JavaScript and has no support for seeing comments (only complaints I can think of, otherwise no issues)

It is also based on Offtiktok and I am unsure what is it's difference, maybe more maintained and fixed up?

Upon further analysis, I've found a few differences between Offtiktok an StickTock, and reasons as to why StickTock is superior:

1. StickTock is compatible with Tor (or well, it at least has a .onion instance.)
2. Looking at what domains the main (and currently only) StickTock instance connects to compared to the main (and currently only) OffTikTok instance using uBlock Origin's overview panel: [OffTikTok, StickTock] we can see that OffTikTok uses Google Analytics (all the Google and doubleclick.net domains it connects to) for web analytics alongside connecting to Adobe's Typekit service for remote fonts (akamai.net and typekit.net domains).
   While on the contrary StickTock self-hosts all of their web analytics at the domain privacysafe.click (Taking this from their Privacy Policy & Terms of Use page) and have no noticeable privacy-degrading connections.

While this could be dependent on the instance maintainer, we currently don't have any other instances, and StickTock seems to be better built and maintained, so I believe StickTock to be the best option currently.
