Add fallback message when pip install naas, on other env than naas.ai

When pip install naas on other env than naas.ai, I should be warned that I cannot work yet.
Something like

"Hi there, naas is not yet available on other environment than https://app.naas.ai/ sorry.
→ Like Colab, naas is free to use, but we did not change anything to the original Jupyter instance. We just added awesome features to run notebooks in production. Try us out 😇 "

Can this be done @Dr0p42 ? This has been a recurring feedback.
