When converting LaTeX to docx, use hyperref to create tags

Could you elaborate? At the moment I only understand that this is a feature request. Bear in mind I'm not a LaTeX expert.

should cause

<cp:keywords>aaa, bbb</cp:keywords>

in /docProps/core.xml

This would require two changes: the LaTeX reader would have to parse pdfkeywords and insert this into the document's metadata, and the docx writer would have to put these metadata values in docProps/core.xml.
