Can I use the pandoc package installed via pip for commercial purposes, and I will not modify any of the source code?

It's best to ask a lawyer specialized in copyright law if you want to be sure.

Please not that pip doesn't installs just Python wrapper code, which is in a different repository and published under a different license than pandoc itself.

Realistically you haven't provided nearly enough information for this question to be answered even by a good copyright lawyer, and certainly none of us IANAL types will be of much use. I can suggest you likely may be a able to use Pandoc yourself as a tool in a commercial setting but you cannot integrate it as part of an application or product you produce without considering whether the licensing terms require you to open source your own project.
