bot doesn't seem to run

even though i have java 23 installed, when i try to use the "open with" option to run it (see image),

it just sits for a few seconds and then doesn't open anything. no console no text nothing. the only thing that pops up is a "serversettings.json" file with just "{}" in it

well you need to run in cmd.exe and cd c//example (put where the file is located) then put java -jar jmusicbot-0.4.3.jar if you cant figure it out then go to no text to speeches jmusicbot thing he made he will help you
