Description of the problem

The geocoded filt_fine.int using geocode.py generates 0 phase values.

Full script that generated the error

geocode.py filt_fine.int --lat-file ../../geom_reference/lat.rdr --lon-file ../../geom_reference/lon.rdr --lalo -0.000833334 0.000833334
