Video shortcode

Is it possible to add a shortcode for videos, something like: https://github.com/martignoni/hugo-video

I'm trying to have a .mov file inserted into a page, which will be played local from repository location, not an external URL.

actually, you are able to copy that shortcode into your own project to use it.

I know I can do that, I would like to have something like that incorporated into your theme by default, if possible. Should be useful by other people also.
