Centering Tab Titles in FF 113 / 0.1 Branch #57

I had to add this to userChrome.css to get the titles to be centered:

.tab-label{
margin-inline: auto !important;
}

.tab-close-button{
width: 24px !important;
padding: 6px !important;
}
