开发者指南中的 formScheam attachment 组件缺少属性

在 halo-dev/halo#3827 中，为 Attachment 组件增加了属性 accepts、min、max ，分别用来用来限定文件格式和数量。
而在文档中只说明了 accepts 属性，并未提及到 min 与 max，建议增加。
