[Feature] add playlist folders for organization

The number one reason I cannot get my wife to switch away from Spotify to YTmusic is that there is no support for folders. We have many playlists that are nested in folders for better organization (for example, I have all of my discover weekly playlists saved into a folder for the year)

Suggested Solution

Since it seems you are not saving playlists back to youtube, but on device, I request that you add the ability to put playlists in folders.
