Configuration API/UI

Hi all,

Is there any roadmap or idea going on already to add UI/APIs to add configuration like triggers.
Or is there any reason why this hasn't been added/doesn't fit the current project?

It seems useful to have this in the UI itself so you don't have to read the documentation and/or restart the docker container each time to see if it works.
